Special Delivery
We offer special next day delivery by 1pm for all orders received by midday Monday to Friday. Delivery cannot be guaranteed at weekends or Bank Holidays, and the delivery will be made on the next working day.
Fast Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 48 hours of receiving an order (goods are not despatched at weekends or on public holidays). Please note that delivery can take between 5 - 7 working days.

We understand that it is not always easy to obtain the correct size and fitting by Mail Order, and so we offer a FREE Returns Service for customers within the UK, to enable you return the shoes within 14 days if they are not suitable using the Royal Mail Returns Service - simply follow the instructions included with your order. These is no carriage charge on replacements, so you can order in confidence knowing that it will not cost you extra if you have not ordered the correct size.
If you do not require a replacement, you can request a full refund. Please note we are not able to refund your initial postage and packaging costs.
